Lay the deflated goal flat with the open net side facing where shooters will stand. Leave clearance behind the goal for the net to extend.

Connect the pump and inflate
Attach the included two-way hand pump to the valve and inflate. The frame rises to full upright shape in about 1–2 minutes.

Anchor for your surface
On grass or turf, drive the 4 included U-shaped ground pegs through the back loops. On indoor or pavement, attach the 4 sandbags to the base instead.

Final safety check
Pull firmly downward on the front edge of the crossbar at center and both ends. The goal should not pivot backward. Confirm anchoring before letting players use the goal.
