30-Day Return Window
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping). To start a return, email support@taysports.com with your order number.
What Qualifies as "Unused"
Inflatable goals: inflated for under 30 minutes, no field use, no stakes used. Markers / cones: no cleat marks, no grass stains, unopened poly bag. Lighting: no battery discharge cycles, no field use. If you're unsure, contact us — we generally give the benefit of the doubt.
1-Year Warranty on Manufacturing Defects
Every Eco Walker product is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects — seam failures, fabric defects, LED failures, motor/pump issues. If a product fails within the warranty period under normal use, we replace or repair at our cost.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear, cleat damage, animal damage, weather damage beyond product IP rating, deliberate misuse. For inflatable goals: puncture damage is not covered, but every goal includes a repair patch kit.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Email support@taysports.com with: order number, product SKU, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We respond within 1 business day with next steps. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product back.
Return Shipping
For defective products: we cover return shipping. For non-defective returns (changed mind, wrong size): buyer pays return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid label for defective-product returns.
