Orders & Acceptance

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues). In such cases you'll be refunded in full.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices can change at any time without notice. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. We accept major credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery

See our Shipping policy for details. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier handoff. Damaged-on-arrival claims follow our Returns policy.

Returns & Warranty

Intellectual Property

All content on taysports.com (images, text, logos, product designs) is owned by Eco Walker or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission. Fair-use quotations with attribution are generally welcome for reviews and coaching content.

User Content

If you submit a review, drill idea, or other content to us, you grant Eco Walker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and product development, with attribution where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Eco Walker's liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Eco Walker is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered customers. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
