Eco Walker fulfills all orders through the Amazon MCF logistics network — the same infrastructure that handles millions of retail deliveries daily across North America.

Delivery Times

Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery arrives in 2-5 business days to most U.S. and Canadian addresses. Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout for most regions.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships — usually within 24 hours of placing the order. Every order is tracked door-to-door.

Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and all Canadian provinces. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote Canadian areas, expect 1-2 additional business days. International shipping is available for bulk orders — contact bulk@taysports.com.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Below $50, standard shipping is a flat $8.95. Expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

Large & Bulk Orders

Orders of 10+ goals or 50+ markers may ship via freight, depending on volume. You'll receive a freight delivery appointment by phone before arrival. For quote and scheduling, contact bulk@taysports.com.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage before opening and email support@taysports.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged products at our cost. Missing packages: contact us with the tracking number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
